The customer KARL LAGERFELD uses an enterprise PIM from Akeneo for product data management and the marketplace solution TB for sales on well-known e-commerce marketplaces.one from Tradebyte. The exchange of data from Akeneo to TB.one has been realized in the past by elaborately manually created export files (Panda CSV). KARL LAGERFELD planned to simplify and improve his currently still manual processes with a standardized and reliable interface solution. Also with a view to being able to use further sales channels in Tradebyte more easily in the future.
The solution for KARL LAGERFELD was our standardized Akeneo Tradebyte connector. This interface solution was installed by us within a few hours and the configuration started. The customer operates the connector as a SaaS solution. After a 1-day kick-off workshop at the customer's site, the product data mapping was created in cooperation with our consultants and the connector was configured accordingly. Export times, channels and languages have also been defined in the system. In addition, the product images were integrated in the mapping configuration via CDN links.
