HAIR HAUS GmbH, headquartered in Viersen, is a specialist retailer specializing in exclusive brands in the field of hairdressing supplies. With over 12,000 products and 300 different brands on the topics of hair cosmetics, electrical goods, working materials and salon furnishings, you are at the side of your network of 230,000 hairdressers every day. At HAIR HAUS, the hairdressers are the focus. For this purpose, more than 320 employees work full of passion and commitment every day.
We were commissioned with the conception and realization of a completely new and individual website. In the future, the new website should provide all information for customers, but also for sales and serve as a guide. In addition, a central, clearly visible place on the web should be created for emerging questions, where visitors can easily get in touch.
Since HAIR HAUS also wanted to distribute products completely online in the second step of the digitization strategy and not just provide advice content, we had to convince the customer to use shopware only as a CMS in the first step. For this we had to expand shopware accordingly. However, this has paid off completely in terms of the long-term customer strategy.
We have designed and developed a one hundred percent, individual shopware theme for the customer. This was regularly coordinated with the customer in a comprehensive UI and UX concept. Of particular note here is the high user-friendliness and good overview of the website navigation. In addition, an individual contact box with a variety of relevant dialogues was implemented, such as a "callback service" or finding the "suitable market" nearby.
